E-Learning
CMP has completed several e-learning modules for Altria and for PBC over the last year. The modules were designed to support sales training refresher, compliance training, and training for new hires.
Internal Trade Show
CMP recently supported internal branding for Pepsi Beverages Company Sales Capabilities Training Department by providing an internal “trade show” exhibit booth at their annual managers meeting. The booth used graphics, video modules, and interactive games to enhance training department messages to the PBC enterprise.
Busy Quarter for Creative Media Productions
This past quarter, CMP produced an Executive Management Meeting at the Four Season’s Hotel in NYC. Key presenters included: Chris Matthews, Bill O’Reilly, William Bennett and Ben Stein.
CMP also produced a National Sales Meeting which included extensive AV staging incorporating a seamless fifty-foot rear projection center screen with 8 additional screen surfaces encasing the general session. The event included supporting breakout rooms with extensive sets and interactive presentations.
Two weeks later we provided creative, technical and AV support for 22 simultaneous sales meetings in 22 locations.
For our education and training clients CMP:
- Completed a series of eleven e-learning modules for Post Foods on various business compliance issues
- Produced a two-hour compliance training program that features fifty minutes of video, a leader’s guide, PowerPoint presentation, and handouts for 600 sales locations
- A two-hour e-learning program for Pepsi Beverage Company that teaches financial topics, knowledge of P&L mathematics, and real world applications for sales representatives’ selling decisions
Creative Media Productions wins prestigious Hermes Creative Award
Hermes Creative Awards, Arlington, TX, announced winners for the 2010 international awards competition for creative professionals involved in the concept, writing and design of traditional and emerging media. There were over 3,600 entries from corporate marketing and communication departments, advertising agencies, PR firms and production companies.
We received a Gold Hermes Creative Award for an outstanding video, “Catman Reinvented.” The video introduces a category management tool to be used by the sales force of Fortune 500 organization.
Promotional video introducing The Travel Toilet and the Privacy Pop-Up
Creative Media Productions produced a promotional video introducing The Travel Toilet and the Privacy Pop-Up. The Travel Toilet and Privacy Pop-Up are designed to augment a variety of outdoor activities including camping, boating, hunting, fishing, and travelling. The video, similar to a broadcast commercial, will be shown on a website and on YouTube. It was shot entirely on location in a forest and campsite. The videos were produced just in time for the product launch date of September 15, 2009.
Growing Your Sales... IPI Annual Members Meeting
Independent Photo Imagers selected Creative Media Productions as consultant and to provide technical and creative support for their 27th Annual Member Meeting and Supplying Partner Trade Show. The event was attended by 300 IPI members and was held at the Green Valley Resort in Henderson, Nevada.
CMP designs training and raises managers’ communications comfort level by 47%
CMP developed a training program for a packaged goods manufacturer to improve managers’ ability to communicate positions and answer questions on key company issues. The program raised the participants comfort level by 47%, according to a post-training survey. When managers were asked to gauge their current comfort level in the follow-up survey to the intensive session they reported an overall comfort level of 92%.
CMP team produces major leadership assembly for 1,000 sales people
CMP assembled a team of 40 writers, producers, directors, staging and light specialists, graphic artists and video editors to produce a major corporation’s 3-day National Leadership Assembly in Chicago attended by 1,000 sales people.
Five sets of video producers and editors worked simultaneously producing 14 video modules. The team provided staging and AV; PowerPoint production and on site support; presenter speech coaching; and, fully supported 29 breakout rooms over the 3-day event. The CMP team then completed an additional 2-day training meeting for one brand.
CMP now in 3rd year of creating unique meeting-in-a-box for national sales force
CMP is now in its third year of creating a unique, flexible and multidimensional 18-module Meeting-In-A-Box program for a Fortune 100 company. The series received an overall effectiveness rating of 96% in an independent survey of the participants.
The discussion modules on responsibility and compliance are aimed at more than 2,000 participants in 640 locations throughout the company. The modules are designed to be easy to deliver by field managers to their employees.
CMP writes the instructional design and leader’s guide; produces videos; creates PowerPoint presentations with embedded video segments; and, develops participant exercises, graphics, interactive games, posters, quick-tip pocket cards and other handouts.
