Mike Andriello - Video Production Specialist

Mike Andriello is an Associate Producer on a variety of video productions. He serves as our DVD specialist programming and preparing DVD masters for duplication. He shoots and edits digital video and has worked on projects for Pepsi Beverages Company and a number of other clients. Mike also was the producer and video editor for the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce's videos that helped the organization celebrate its centennial.

Ginny Burns - Graphic Artist

Ginny Burns joined CMP upon receiving her degree in digital media from Marist College. Ginny creates websites, E-learning programs, flash animations, PowerPoint presentations, leader's guides, DVD labels and other graphics.

Timothy Dvorak - Art Director

Timothy Dvorak is a veteran graphic designer with some 30 years of experience in the New York design market. His work for CMP includes art direction and design for Time Inc. and the Pepsi Bottling Group. He has worked as an art director for major companies including ABC, Simmonds Precision Aerospace and General Foods. He also worked in NYC graphic design firms and was involved in the design and production of annual reports and other projects for companies including Revlon, Citicorp, Texas Gulf, Combustion Engineering, Western Union, Milton Bradley, The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Chase Manhattan Bank.

Jack Gagliardo - President

CMP was founded in 1998 by Jack Gagliardo with a vision to be not "just" another media production company. As a result, Creative Media's mission is to blend an understanding of business decision-making and corporate experience into a full-service company dedicated to developing and producing outstanding communications vehicles which exceed client expectations and meet their business goals.

Gagliardo has more than 26 years of corporate and broadcast experience - including 15 years with Kraft Foods, and earlier for General Foods, where he was manager of creative services. Prior to that position, he was a supervisor of media services at SCM Corporation. He has also served as an adjunct instructor at Marist College's School of Communication & the Arts.

Gagliardo holds a bachelor of science in telecommunications and a master of arts in communication degrees from Kent State University and is the winner of numerous awards from international communication organizations.

Dominick Gataletto - Senior Video Editor

Dominick Gataletto is an award-winning video editor with some 20 years experience in broadcasting. He was a video editor for 11 years at Kraft, and his projects have included work for GTE, Time Inc., Merrill Lynch, Duracell and the Pepsi Bottling Group. Dominick also taught broadcasting at Iona College in New Rochelle, N.Y.

Mary Ann Glass - Writer

Mary Ann Glass has worked as a writer and editor for financial services companies, including serving as vice president of employee communications at Chase Manhattan Bank. She has edited more than 75 publications in the financial services industry, wrote articles and worked on a wide range of communications vehicles including daily intranet news, weekly business summaries, biweekly newsletters, monthly magazines, and supervised start-ups and maintained newsletters for specialized groups and corporate programs. In addition, she is an accomplished photographer and holds an MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management.

Wheeler Jackson - Producer

Wheeler Jackson's multi-faceted production background began in 1975 at WNET/13 Public Television beginning with "Bill Moyer's' Journal" and later with music fundraising specials such as "American Pop," "Song By Song" and "Satchmo." In addition he worked on documentary programming including PBS's acclaimed "Journey to the West" and as producer for programs such as "Power Profiles" a show featuring Fortune 500 CEO's and broadcast on the Financial News Network. He continues to work as a field producer/writer for shows featured on the Discovery Channel, Learning Channel, TV Food Network, TNN, TBS and Court TV. In addition, Jackson has produced and directed corporate videos for such clients as the Pepsi Bottling Group, Time Inc., Kraft General Foods, TV Guide, IBM Corp., Marsh, Ingersoll-Rand and Duracell.

Stephen James - Executive Producer

Steve James has 20 years of experience as an executive producer for corporate training, sales and marketing programming, executive communications, documentaries, point-of-purchase promotions, broadcast commercials and public service announcements. His work has encompassed all media: streaming media/webcasting, corporate video, live business television via satellite, internet/intranet Websites, interactive multimedia, corporate meetings and events. James has produced programming for many companies such as The Bank of New York, Citibank, Pfizer, GE Capital, Tyco Healthcare/United States Surgical, UBS, Paine Webber and Pepsi Bottling Group. He also has served as Manager-Media Development and Production for GTE.

Joseph Leary - Writer, Producer and Director

Joseph Leary has earned more than 25 national awards for video and film production during his career which has included serving as media producer for GTE VisNet (now Verizon Inc.). For GTE he produced and directed a series of dramatic films to demonstrate future technologies for civic and regulatory audiences. "Sales Call of the Future" was broadcast on The Learning Channel, and earned two Emmy Award nominations as well as three communication industry awards for the series. During his career, Joe has worked in a variety of media, including video, multimedia, film live satellite TV broadcasts, newspaper and magazines. He wrote, photographed and produced a 233-page book, "A Shared Landscape: A History and Guide to Connecticut's Forests and Parks," published by Friends of Connecticut State Parks.

John Meister - Graphic Designer and Print Production Supervisor

John Meister has more than 30 years of continuous hands-on experience in the graphic design field. Throughout his career he has successfully developed, designed, produced and implemented numerous sales, marketing, corporate and employee communications such as: meetings and events, presentations and speech support production, video productions, digital media, print of all types, and exhibits and displays. He has supervised projects for The Gillette Company, Duracell and the Pepsi Bottling Group as well as the development of the S.T.O.R.E., creating three simulated retail environments used to enhance sales training.

Michele Perkins - Instructional Designer and Writer

Michele Perkins has educated thousands of professionals around the world in programs ranging from using new systems that support complex business models to selling new products and services. She wrote and produced an e-learning game called Warp Into Wealth Management for teaching the basics of financial planning and investing. Working with CMP on client projects, she has developed instructional design and training programs for a Fortune 500 company. Her clients also have included JP Morgan Chase, Glodman Sachs, PaineWebber, Smith Barney, Citibank, ING, Union Carbide, Pitney Bowes and Cadbury Beverages. Michele has an M.B.A. in finance and international business for New York University.

Carol Rugh - Writer

Carol Rugh is an award-winning writer with more than 25 years experience in all aspects of corporate and human resources communications and instructional design. Client projects include Pepsi Bottling Group, Kraft, Nabisco Foods Group, Pfizer, Verizon, Johnson & Johnson, Ortho McNeil Pharmaceuticals, Yale New Haven Hospital and Lego Systems USA. In addition, she has taught corporate scriptwriting at The International Film and Television Workshops in Rockport, Maine, and is an adjunct professor at Fairfield University's Graduate School of Communications and Southern Connecticut State University's undergraduate television program. She has been a principal content specialist for CMP on the recent PBG Sales Capability training series.

Corinna Sager - Senior Video Producer and Director

Corinna Sager is an award-winning director and producer with broad experience in all aspects of communications from television production to corporate communications to producing live events in both Germany and the United States. Corinna has produced programming and events for global clients such as Bugatti, Kraft Foods, Volkswagen, Pepsi Bottling Group and Mediterranean Shipping Company. She has produced documentaries that have aired on various cable and TV networks, such as HBO, PBS, CNBC and the Franco-German Cultural channel Arte. She co-produced "Ferry Tales," a short documentary which was nominated for a 2004 Academy Award. Corinna is the co-founder and co-executive producer of "Stories From the Field", the United Nations Documentary Film Festival in association with the United Nations Department of Public Information.

Marc Wollin - Writer, Producer and Director

Marc Wollin is a writer, producer and director with a wide range of experience in multi-camera and film-style directing, domestic and international videoconferencing, and on-site meeting production. He also has coached and videotaped senior corporate management at Kraft - Nabisco, Merrill Lynch, Prudential Financial, OppenheimerFunds, ESPN, American Express, etc. Others clients include Marsh McLennan, Ortho-McNeil, GE Money, Taco Bell and Verizon. His career includes holding staff positions with Metropolitan Life and Merrill Lynch. In addition, he is also a speaker and lecturer at industry gatherings and professional classes.

Steven A. Young - Creative Director

Steve Young is a professional performer and writer who has completed corporate communications projects for Fortune 500 clients such as Pepsi Bottling Group, Pepperidge Farm, Time Inc., The Gillette Company, IBM Corp., Pfizer, Motorola and Unilever. His nearly 30 years of experience covers a range of skills from script writing to executive speech writing to presentation skills coaching and voiceover narration. His talents have contributed to several award-winning corporate videos produced by Creative Media Productions.
